Online Walk & Talk Support Groups for Busy-Brained, High-Achieving People Pleasers

Small steps. Fresh air. Real support—for the part of you that’s stretched too thin and ready for something different.

Walk & Talk Stress Support Groups

You’re Always Doing. Always Holding It Together.

But When You’re Always Wound Up, Do You Even Notice the Toll It’s Taking?

Maybe your stress shows up as overthinking everything and replaying conversations in your head. Maybe it’s snapping at people you love because you’re stretched too thin. Maybe you feel overwhelmed by the constant pressure to keep up, or shut down completely because your brain just won’t cooperate. It might look like perfectionism, people-pleasing, spiraling thoughts, or never feeling like you’re doing enough—even when you’re doing everything.

Whatever your version looks like, stress is usually at the center of it. And Walk & Talk Support Groups offer a new way to work with it. Not by piling on more to your plate, but by helping you move through it—literally—one small, intentional step at a time.

Stress doesn’t always scream.

Sometimes it simmers—showing up as decision fatigue, irritability, or the inability to relax even when you finally get a break. Maybe you look like you’re holding it all together, but inside, you’re juggling a dozen mental tabs, bracing for the next thing, and quietly wondering why it never feels like enough.

You’ve been living this way for so long, it’s easy to forget how heavy it is. The shallow breathing, the tension in your shoulders, the snapping at people you love. You keep going because stopping feels impossible—but deep down, you know something has to change.

You’ve been powering through for so long that stress feels normal, and self-criticism feels like motivation. But what if the pressure to “fix it all” is part of what’s keeping you stuck?

Walk & Talk Support Groups offer a new kind of pause,

One that moves with you instead of asking you to stop everything to feel better.

These aren’t therapy sessions. They’re not lectures, self-help projects, or another thing to perform. They’re 30-minute, open-enrollment groups designed for busy-brained, high-achieving, people pleasers who want to feel better—but don’t have the bandwidth for one more thing that feels like a task.

Each week, you’ll explore a small, doable skill rooted in the Discover + Grow + Integrate™ framework and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy). Things like how to unhook from anxious thoughts, respond to stress without spiraling, and act on what matters to you—even when everything feels messy.

You’ll walk at your own pace, in your own space, connected by phone with up to 6 others who are showing up for the same reason: to breathe, reflect, and take one small step forward. No pressure to share, no prep required. Just movement, support, and space to reconnect with yourself, without needing to figure it all out first.

Not therapy. Not another thing to perform. Just space to walk, reflect, and reconnect with yourself and others.

  • Sessions are offered in the morning before work, over lunch, or as you’re wrapping up your day—so you can choose the time that fits your rhythm. You’ll log in through a HIPAA-compliant video platform using your phone and earbuds (required for privacy), then walk and listen from wherever you are. No weekly commitment, no pressure—just show up when you need it.

  • Whether you’re stepping out into your neighborhood, a quiet trail, or your go-to loop around the block, you’ll be walking alongside others while staying grounded in your own rhythm. There’s no pressure to match a certain pace or share more than you want—just let the movement, the connection, and the new skills support you in whatever form they take. You’ll join through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform using your phone and earbuds. Prefer audio-only? Perfect. Want to stay on camera while walking? That works too. This is your space—show up in the way that works best for you.

  • Each session introduces one simple theme or ACT-based skill using the Discover + Grow + Integrate™ framework—something you can take with you into the rest of your day. No prep. No performance. Just small steps that actually help. One week you might explore how to unhook from anxious thoughts; another, how to act on your values when you’re feeling overwhelmed. It’s not about getting it perfect—it’s about practicing what matters.

  • While this isn’t a therapy group, it is facilitated by a licensed therapist (that’s me!). I’ll guide the session with a balance of structure, reflection, and space to just be—alongside others who get it. And while the setting is more casual than therapy, we still hold a shared agreement of care and respect for each other’s privacy—what’s shared in the group, stays in the group.

  • Sure, you can walk while listening to a podcast or collect tips from TikTok—but most days, if we’re being totally real, that info goes in one ear and out the other when life gets overwhelming. Walk & Talk Support Groups offer something different: real-time practice, shared reflection, and a focused space to apply what you’re learning in a way that sticks. And unlike walking with a friend, you don’t have to pretend you’re okay or carry someone else’s load—you get to show up exactly as you are, with structured support that’s actually designed for your well-being.

  • There’s no waitlist, no intake session, and no pressure to commit. Just complete a short set of forms (2–3 minutes tops), and you’re in. Once you’re set up, you’ll get access to the schedule and group link—then you can start walking with us as soon as you’re ready. Show up when it works for you, no overthinking required.

Here’s How It Works:

  • Sessions are available before work, during lunch, or as you’re wrapping up your day—choose the time that fits your rhythm.

  • Each group is capped at 7 participants, so there’s space to connect without feeling crowded.

  • You’ll log in using your phone while you walk—your pace, your space.

  • Fill out a short form (2–3 minutes), and you’ll be ready to go. No consultation required.

  • No membership, no subscription, no long-term commitment. Just one step at a time, when it works for you. *Insurance cannot be used to pay for the Walk and Talk Groups.

  • After your first sign-up, you’ll be able to log in through the client portal anytime to reserve future sessions. The portal will automatically email and text you reminders along with your session link, so it’s easy to stay connected.
