  • During our first session, you can expect a relaxed, open conversation where we get to know each other. We'll talk about your reasons for seeking therapy, explore what’s been challenging for you, and discuss your goals. This is a chance for you to share at your own pace and for me to ask questions that help us develop a clear picture of how we can work together. By the end of the first session, you'll better understand the therapy process and how we can start working toward bringing greater calm, balance, and fulfillment to your life.

  • The duration of therapy can vary, but research shows that around 12 consistent sessions often lead to the most noticeable results. Using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), we focus on research-backed practices tailored to your individual needs. By combining live sessions with skill-building between sessions, you may begin to experience positive changes even within the first few meetings. Ultimately, the pace and length of therapy will be customized to fit your unique goals and progress.

This vision is about uplifting individuals who are striving for balance, resilience, and fulfillment in both their personal and professional lives. It's a symbol of the enduring hope I hold for everyone seeking to create a life filled with purpose, joy, and calm.
